These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Carryo, a peer-to-peer delivery platform that connects senders with travellers. BrevCommerce acts as a technology intermediary only and is not a party to the delivery agreement between users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
• Travellers must complete KYC verification before carrying any parcel.
• Senders must accurately describe their parcels and be present at pickup.
• Travellers must deliver parcels safely and within the agreed timeframe.

Prohibited items

The following items may not be sent or carried via Carryo:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons
• Counterfeit goods
• Hazardous materials
• Live animals
• Perishables requiring temperature control
• Currency or high-value jewellery exceeding ₹10,000

Payments

Delivery fees are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed via OTP, after which they are released to the traveller. BrevCommerce charges a platform fee per transaction.

Disputes

Any claim relating to delivery failure or damage must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery (or expected delivery).

Limitation of liability

BrevCommerce's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the platform fee paid by you for the specific transaction.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
